Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you apply for the pilot, we collect your name, work email address, dealership or group name, dealership website, role, and any notes you choose to add. If you email us, we keep your message and our replies. Please do not include customer information, passwords or other credentials, financial account numbers, or other sensitive data in an application or email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site or submit the form, our hosting and security provider processes standard network information such as your IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, the page you came from, the pages and files you request, the time of the request, and security events. We use this to deliver the Site, block abuse, and diagnose problems. We also save the IP address, approximate country, browser type, referring page, and time together with each submitted application, so we can spot spam and repeat abuse. A short-lived counter tied to your IP address, kept for up to one hour, limits repeated submissions.

The Site loads its typefaces from a third-party font service. When your browser requests them, that service receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.

What we do not collect

The Site has no user accounts, no payment processing, no advertising, and no behavioral analytics. It does not set cookies of its own. Our infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to protect and deliver the Site. We do not knowingly collect precise location or any sensitive categories of personal information.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that act on our behalf, such as our hosting, security, storage, and email providers, and our professional advisers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, the Site, or other people, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business. Our providers may process information only to perform services for us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months. We do not use personal information from the Site for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How long we keep information

We keep a pilot application while we evaluate and respond to it, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. We aim to delete or de-identify applications that do not proceed within about 180 days. If you are selected for a pilot, we keep the related information for the length of the pilot relationship and as long as we reasonably need it for records, security, and legal obligations. The abuse counter described above expires within an hour. Provider logs follow the provider’s settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access and obtain a copy of it, to correct it, and to delete it. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Because we do none of those things, there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control accordingly.

To make a request, email ariel@dealergrowthhackers.com from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of the authorization. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If we deny a request and you disagree, reply to our message and ask for an appeal. Nevada residents may also contact us to direct us not to sell their covered information; we do not sell it.

6. Business contacts and children

The Site is intended for people acting for dealerships and related businesses, and we handle your information in that business context. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and input validation, and we try to collect only what we need. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

8. Where information is processed

We operate from the United States, and our providers run globally distributed infrastructure. Information you submit may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. The Site is intended for dealerships in the United States.

9. Other sites

The Site links to other sites, including the Dealer Agent Protocol, DealershipMCP, Dealer AI Visibility, and Dealer AEO Audit. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for the practices of sites we do not operate.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date. Please check back from time to time.
